Previously last date 31 dec 2012 set by basic siksha parishad up .but after extending the last date now candidates can submit online challan form till 5 jan.
Government now issued GO / Notification regarding revised date to NIC (National information center) as well as basic Education Department UP.

Due heavy load on online registration application form submission website since two days online website stopped working. mostly candidates was not able to fill their problem due to server problem . on the other hand due to lot of crowed candidates was also facing problem in generating their General No / challan no .
Approximately 64 lakh B.ed candidates already filled application form till date 31 December 2012 . but after extending the last date its expectation that limit will be exceed to 1 crore for 72825 trainee teacher post./ prashikshu sikshak Job Up. Delhi State Health Mission Recruitment of Medical & Non-Medical Posts 2012 – 
A notification for various Medical & Non-Medical Jobs in Health Society (Delhi) and Integrated District Health Societies (IDHS) has been issued by Delhi State Health Mission, Govt. of NCT Delhi. The Job will be purely on contract basis for a period of 11 months or as per NRHM Policy. Total Number of Vacancies to be filled up by deserving candidates are 862, out of which, 385 posts for UR, 234 for OBC, 137 for SC and 106 for ST. Application for these posts can be made in prescribed format which is available on its official website. A complete application must reach the at DSHM by the last date 21/01/2013. One application will not be considered for more than one post. Selection for these posts will be done through Interview. A Skill Test will also be organized for some posts before interview.
