Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is combined written exam conducted by central board of Secondary Education, Delhi. Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi-CBSE is conducting the direct recruitment for the post of the teachers from class I to VIII. There are different numbers of vacancies available in the different zones of the country India for the posts of the teachers.
Before apply read eligibility criteria:
The candidate must have passed the Intermediate exams with at least 50% aggregate of marks or Equivalent or must have passed the diploma of 2 years in the field of the Elementary Education from any recognized University or college or Board of India.
The essential requirement required for this post is that the candidate must be Graduate from the recognized University or Board. The candidate must fulfill the above eligibility criteria before applying for the posts of the teachers in the central Board of Secondary Education.
Selection Procedure:
The candidates eligible for the following post will be selected on the basis of the Competitive written examination. The written exam will be conducted by the concerned authorities of the Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi-CBSE. The written exam has to be conducted in two stages in two parts. The written examination will consists of Objective type questions. The candidates who will qualify the written examination will be further selected on the basis personal interview. After personal interview; Merit list of the selected candidates will be displayed and will be appointed accordingly.
The date of the written exam for the posts of the teacher is 28th July, 2013.
Application Submission Process:
The candidates who are willing to apply for the various posts can apply online. To apply online, one has to visit the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi-CBSE to fill the application form. The applicants applying online can pay the fee either by Challan or by cash into the Bank account of Syndicate Banks only .The application fees can also be paid through the demand draft in favor of Secretary Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. The application has to be filled by providing all necessary details in the prescribed format. There is a relaxation in the application fee of the candidates of the reserved categories as per the instruction of the Government.
The application fee for the General and OBC Candidates is Rs/- 500.
